Begin Mindfulness
A group to support beginning and maintaining a mindfulness practice
This group will meet weekly to provide support for developing an individual mindfulness practice through the discussion, participation and learning about various mindfulness practices. This group will utilize the structure and skills offered by mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), mindfulness-based relapse prevention (MBRP), as well as yoga.

This Group currently meets weekly
Monday Evenings 6:00-7:30 PM
$55 per group
This is a weekly ongoing group with an eight-week commitment. Members can choose to continue with the group after the initial eight weeks for as long as they find it beneficial.

Begin Mindfulness
A group for individuals that have identified a need for a mindfulness practice in their lives, but struggle with starting or sustaining the practice. This 90-minute group will meet weekly to provide support in developing an individual mindfulness practice by discussing experiences of practicing mindfulness as well as participating and learning about various mindfulness practices.

- Reduces stress, feelings of depression, anxiety, and anger.
- Reduces pain and enhances the body’s immune system.
- Increases blood flow and slows the heart rate.
- Helps control thoughts and increases energy.
- Provides experiences of calm, peace, and balance
Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention
A Mindfulness Group For Addictive Behaviors
This group provides a space to learn about and practice mindfulness skills to help manage the urges and cravings associated with a variety of addictive behaviors. A mindfulness practice helps us increase our mental flexibility, manage stress, and ultimately be more present in our lives.
MBRP focuses on increasing awareness of triggers, habitual patterns, and the reactions that create suffering in our lives. In response, we learn the practices and skills of mindfulness that help us cope and experience relief.
